Getting Started


1. Launch @trip mobile
  Go to the folder where downloaded applications are stored in your mobile phone, and launch @trip mobile. For information about program version, press Options > About for details.
  Note: In order to publish your track, please make sure you have registered an account on @trip travel blog before initiate a tracking activity.
  On the home page of @trip mobile, open any of the three main settings below to configure when needed:
  Start: Open Start from the home page of @trip mobile, and select an Activity mode, enter a time value for Log interval, and enable/disable Power saving for your GPS device.
  Tracks: A list of completed tracks is shown here.
  Settings: General and Service settings can be completed here prior to beginning a track.
   
2. Initiate A Tracking Activity
  A tracking activity can be as easy as three steps: Start > Track > Publish.
 
  • Start: Select Start from the home page of @trip mobile. After completing settings required, press Start. Enter a track description, and press OK to begin tracking.
 
  • Track: While being tracked, you can simply check your current positioning data by using the navigational keys/wheel/buttons on your mobile phone to move between logging screen pages.
 

 
 

During your journey, activate the camera in your mobile phone (if available) anytime you feel like taking down a good view. Photos taken along your trips will be recorded in your track data to be published.

 
  • Publish: After a tracking activity is stopped, you'll be prompted to publish the track to your @trip account, as long as you have previously created one on @trip website. If you have not yet registered with @trip, simply press Home and return to the home page. Open Tracks from the home page, and you'll find a list of completed tracks. To publish tracks at a later time, simply press Options > Publish.
 
Note: To publish tracks to @trip website, please make sure you have previously registered an account with @trip, and your mobile phone is capable of connecting to Internet.
