From the home page of @trip mobile, open Settings to complete basic configuration required.

| Select an access point profile from the list shown. This step is essential before uploading any content to the web; otherwise, an alert message will appear prompting you to define one before publishing your track. | |
| Note: Access Point profiles are pre-defined and may vary upon mobile service carriers. |
| User ID (E-mail) | |
| Enter your User ID (email address), which is used to log in your personal page on @trip travel blog. |
| Password | |
| Enter your password, which is used to log in your personal page on @trip travel blog. |
| General | |

| Measurement Unit | |
| Select either Metric (m, km/h) or Imperial (yd, mph) measurements to log your track. |
| Position Format | |
| Select one of the three formats to log every position detected in your track, including ddd.dddddd°, ddd° mm.mmmm', ddd° mm' ss.sss". |
| Memory in use | |
| Select either Phone Memory or Memory Card to store your track data. |
